Current Need

We are seeking a Entry-level Data Steward to join our team in Richmond, VA. Candidates with Economics or Finance degrees highly preferred.

Position Description

The AMDM Stewardship Analyst - Entry Level role maintains and supports customer data for the Analytical MDM (AMDM) customer hub. This role is responsible for the adjudication of tasks generated by source data changes or source record matching scores the result of which supports and improves customer characterization and identification of customer prospects. These goals are accomplished through data evaluation and internet research and are metrics driven goals.

Key Responsibilities:

*Research, analyze and complete tasks related to matching internal customer records with external customer attribute sources, ownership, critical data changes

* Meet and support team metric goals

* Other tasks as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Typically, minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience. May have degree or equivalent.

Critical Skills

* Entry level experience in data related fields

* 6+ months experience with routine business functions

* Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Additional Knowledge and Skills

* Excellent organization and communication skills

* Ability to collaborate and work within a team

* SQL or Microsoft Access experience desired

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation/computer skills

* Results oriented, effective as both a team member and independent worker with strong attention to detail

* Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities with deliverables completed on time and with high quality

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance or e-commerce or related field or equivalent experience

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$24.88 - $41.46
