About the Team/Role

Payzer, a WEX Company, creates software solutions to help contractors simplify their business and make life easier. Our software product, Payzerware, is an end-to-end Field Service Management platform that helps contractors run their business, grow sales, and simplify back-office operations. Payzerware provides complete business management including schedule / dispatch, invoicing, sales proposals, and maintenance agreements. It also enables a full range of payment and financing solutions, which further help contractors decrease outstandings, generate more revenue per job, and save time.

Our Product Specialists help our customers use Payzerware to run their businesses. Interacting on a daily basis with our business customers and helping them solve problems and improve their business is the primary focus of this position.

As a Product Specialist on our PayzerCare Team, you will be responsible for helping our customers solve complex business problems by applying our software to meet their needs. We help our customers sync their Payzerware software with Quickbooks desktop and online. You will assist current customers and teammates with their understanding and use of the product, capture and interpret customer feedback, and identify and occasionally test new product features to ensure flawless execution.

Experience you'll bring

  • Desire to communicate and assist customers with software questions and troubleshooting
  • Previous experience successfully interacting with customers both online and on the phone for most of the day

  • We're a technology company, so we need people who are adept at using online and mobile software

  • Experience with Quickbooks is a big plus

  • Experience with field management software

  • Experience in the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical business is a tremendous plus

  • Knowledge of payments and finance software is a plus

  • Must have IT Help Desk/Windows experience

  • Must have Comp TIA A+ Certification

  • Must have Network + Certification

  • Associates degree with 3 years of work experience

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan. Salary Pay Range: $21.00 - $27.00
