We are continuing to grow and are seeking a

Technical Customer Care Rep
 

This position provides outstanding customer service and technical support to both inbound and outbound interactions via phone, email, letter and fax by using a consultative approach that reflects the culture and philosophies of the client

 

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent degree (GED, HSED) required

Associate´s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent call center experience

Possess technical experience in Audio and Video field; above average knowledge of home entertainment setups, DVD and Blu-ray players to include experience with home electronics or high technical aptitude; experience working with computers and media players

Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environment

Ability to embrace change

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong listening skills and problem solving ability

Ability to function in a team environment

Strong analytical skills and experience in developing and writing reports

Proven ability to work independently and deliver results

Availability to work nights (until 7:30 PM), weekends and overtime as needed
