Position Description
Ganser Company, a dependable high volume window and door selling machine, is looking for a Paint
Booth Paint/Stain/Finisher to apply various finishes to our wood and fiberglass windows, doors, sidings, and trim products.
The duties of this position include: sanding; pre-staining; painting and staining windows, doors, siding, and trim of the highest quality. The applicant must have and understanding and past experience of typing and sanding woods, matching stains, pre-treating soft porous woods to minimize blotching, and painting/staining/finishing woods with an artistic hand.
During times when this position is not painting or staining products, he/she will be required to keep the warehouse clean and organized, assist with warehouse receiving, as well as deliver materials out to job sites as necessary.
This employee must be able to stay on task and have proficient time management skills that allow for the maximization of their time while in the building in order to positively affect sales, production, and the company as a whole.

Requirements:
- Experience with a variety of woods and the appropriate sanding techniques
- Experience with using toner, different types of oil, gel, and water-based stains, as well as latex, and acrylic paints
- Experience with airless sprayers
