Facilities Director
Uline, a leading international distributor of packaging & industrial supplies, seeks a Facilities Director for their new Corporate Office in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (south of Milwaukee).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
 

Provide overall direction to Facilities staff & ensure all buildings are maintained in accordance with Uline's standards
 

Work with Branch Managers on Facilities issues
 

Oversee construction & maintenance projects & work with outside vendors / contractors
 

Assist in locating new buildings / locations, negotiate leases & work with landlords
 

Recruit, retain & motivate staff to ensure optimum utilization of the department & high service levels
 

Prepare reports for upper management
 

Prepare capital / budget plans, review costs / expenses & audit Uline facilities
 

10+ years experience managing construction or maintenance staff
 

Finance / Accounting background a plus
 

Ability to read & understand Architectural, Civil & MEP / Structural plans & specifications
 

Detail-oriented with superior time management skills & ability to multi-task
 

Requires travel to Uline’s branches in the United States, Canada & Mexico
