Guest Services Manager
Uline, a leading international distributor of packaging & industrial supplies, seeks a Guest Services Manager for their new Corporate Office in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (south of Milwaukee).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / REQUIREMENTS:
 

Manage staff / schedules for Reception, Phone Operators, Fitness Room, Salon, Massage & Dry Cleaning areas
 

Maintain all Conference & Wellness rooms
 

Manage all artwork throughout building
 

Manage meal service in the Corporate Distribution Center & prepare weekly budget reports
 

Oversee Café staff & work with Food Service provider to plan menu & incorporate employee suggestions
 

Coordinate set-up for Special Events, Parties & Catered Functions
 

2+ years experience in Event Planning required, with previous management experience preferred
 

Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Lotus Notes
 

Must be well organized, detailed-oriented, with the ability to multi-task & work in a stressful environment
 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
